Sinclair Cares: Partnering with Salvation Army

Now, more than ever, The Salvation Army of the Carolinas needs your support! The Salvation Army continues to be on the frontline during this COVID-19 pandemic, assisting those in need.

Sinclair Broadcast Group is partnering with the Salvation Army to help your neighbors who have been economically impacted by the national COVID-19 crisis. Sinclair remains committed to keep people safe and informed.

If you are interested in donating material goods to your community, we reached out to the Salvation Army's of the Triangle for specific requests.

The Wake County Salvation Army is in need of:

  • Laundry Detergent
  • Hand Soap
  • Body Wash
  • Towels
  • Washcloths
  • Rubbing Alcohol
  • Walmart Gift Cards
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Lysol
  • Bleach
  • Cleaning supplies

You can drop off your donations at the Salvation Army's Family Store locations, at 205 Tryon Road and 4025 Wake Forest Road, in Raleigh.

The Durham County Salvation Army is in need of:

  • Nonperishable Food
  • Hygiene Products
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing Items
  • Paper Towels
  • Tissues
  • Toilet Paper

You can drop off your donations at 3167 Hillsborough Rd in Durham, NC.

The Fayetteville/Cumberland County Salvation Army is in need of:

  • -Sanitizing supplies
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Paper Products
  • To-Go Clamshell boxes
  • Canned Food
  • Dry Goods

You can drop off your donations at 245 Alexander St in Fayetteville, NC.

OR IF YOU'D RATHER DONATE FUNDS, you can donate online here. Sinclair will match up to the first $100,000. Your support goes directly back into your local community, helping The Salvation Army deliver food, shelter, and hope.

Additionally, Fayetteville/Cumberland County's Salvation Army is also looking for volunteers to help out during their dinner meals from 5:00-5:45 PM at 245 Alexander St.
